This practice was created with a clear purpose: to support adults in finding emotional well-being in a world that often feels overwhelming.
Who I Work With…
I am a generalist, but I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are:
Experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or burnout.
First-generation college graduates.
Early professionals navigating independence or adulting.
Hispanic/Latinx who are acculturating to the U.S. and/or struggling with bicultural identity stress.
Adjusting to life transitions — whether moving to a new place, starting a new relationship, or going through a recent loss.
Exploring aspects of their identity or the intersectionality of various aspects of their identity, including gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, etc.
Women of color in leadership roles.
Experiencing relational conflict.

I provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore challenges at your own pace. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical strategies, and nurture resilience.
To Schedule Your First Appointment
The information you enter in this form will be emailed directly to me and no one else has access to that account; however, please don’t write down anything too personal. For example, you may simply say: “feeling anxious” in the reason for seeking therapy.
I make an effort to return all communication within 24 to 48 business hours, so please allow for that time frame for a response.
Providing this information does not automatically mean that you are my client. We will discuss if you are a good fit when I reach you.
